DUAL PLATE CHECK VALVE

BLUCAST Series BCV Dual Plate Check Valve is a wafer-type non-return valve engineered for drinking water and neutral liquid pipeline systems. The compact body (EN-GJS-500-7 ductile iron) installs between PN10/PN16 flanges per EN1092, eliminating the need for dedicated valve end connections. The vulcanized EPDM seat integrated directly into the body ensures a permanent, leak-free seal, while the AISI 304 stainless steel disc, shaft, and spring deliver corrosion resistance across the full operating range of 0°C–80°C at max PN16. Low hydraulic resistance minimizes head loss. Both horizontal and vertical installation orientations are supported. Designed per EN12334/EN14341, hydraulically tested per EN12266-1. Face-to-face per DIN EN 558-1 Series 16. Internal and external powder epoxy coating, min. 250 µm, RAL 5015. Available DN50–DN300. CE marked, PZH certified.
