Georg Fischer COOL-FIT 2.0 is a 3-in-1 factory pre-insulated plastic piping system designed for secondary cooling, air conditioning, and industrial process loops. It integrates a PE100 SDR11 media pipe, high-efficiency closed-cell foam insulation, and a robust HDPE outer jacket. Operating at nominal pressure PN16 within temperatures from 0°C to +60°C, the system connects via electrofusion to deliver 100% corrosion-free, condensation-free, and energy-efficient fluid transport. • Carrier pipe: PE100 SDR11 (d32–d140 mm / DN25–DN125) • Thermal conductivity: λ ≤ 0.022 W/m·K (GF HE foam) • Joining technology: Integrated electrofusion fittings • Applications: Chilled water, data centers, HVAC, food & beverage
