The PN16 F4 flanged gate valve engineered for electric actuation provides automated isolation and flow management across municipal drinking water networks, industrial process systems, irrigation infrastructure, and water treatment installations. Designed with a standardised ISO 5210 top flange interface, this valve allows direct, rigid mounting of multi-turn electric actuators for automated operation and SCADA integration. Constructed with a heavy-duty EN-GJS-500-7 ductile iron body and bonnet, the valve features a short face-to-face dimension conforming to EN 558-1 Series 14 (DIN 3202 F4). The internal passage provides an unobstructed full bore design that eliminates debris accumulation zones and maintains exceptionally low head loss during standard pipeline operations. The resilient wedge is cast from ductile iron and fully encapsulated in vulcanised EPDM rubber according to EN 681-1, ensuring bubble-tight bidirectional shutoff at working pressures up to 16 bar. A non-rising AISI 420 stainless steel spindle coupled with a durable brass drive nut and low-friction EPDM O-ring sealing pack guarantees low operating torque under continuous motorized duty.

Corrosion protection is achieved through an automated electrostatic powder epoxy coating with a minimum layer thickness of 250 microns in sky blue (RAL 5015). The coating is certified by WRAS and ACS for sanitary contact with drinking water and neutral liquids at operating temperatures from 0 degrees Celsius to +80 degrees Celsius. Flange connections comply fully with EN 1092-2 PN10 and PN16 drilling patterns, while the entire assembly meets the rigorous testing requirements of EN 1074-1, EN 1074-2, and EN 1171.
