The Georg Fischer Type 179 electric ball valve in PVC-U provides automated on-off and modulating process isolation for demanding industrial fluid management systems. It incorporates an integrated internal heating element designed to prevent internal condensation caused by ambient thermal fluctuations, safeguarding internal electronic circuitry and gear mechanisms. Visual and electrical position feedback covers Open, Closed, and Middle positions, facilitating seamless integration with industrial PLC networks and remote control room supervisory architectures. To ensure rigid and vibration-resistant mechanical anchoring on site, the valve body features integrated stainless steel threaded mounting inserts directly molded into the housing.
