Ductile Iron Gate Valves
This category includes ductile iron gate valves designed for isolation in drinking water distribution and neutral liquid systems. Manufactured from EN-GJS-500-7 ductile iron, these valves conform to EN 1074 and EN 1171 standards with face-to-face dimensions according to EN 558-1 Series 14 (F4) and Series 15 (F5).
Equipped with fully vulcanized EPDM resilient wedges and non-rising stainless steel stems, they provide full bore flow, low operating torque, and bubble-tight shutoff up to PN16 pressure ratings and 80°C. Standard internal and external powder epoxy coating (min 250 µm, RAL 5015) ensures WRAS-approved corrosion protection.
