Sized from 1 1/2 to 4 inches, the fitting integrates a gradual 91.2-degree sweeping curve that drastically minimizes hydraulic turbulence, prevents internal solids deposition, and facilitates unobstructed directional transitions in both gravity and pumped drainage lines. Fabricated from high-grade flame-retardant polypropylene, it operates safely in continuous service temperatures up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit (82 degrees Celsius) and handles intermittent discharge surges up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius). The component exhibits comprehensive chemical resistance against mineral acids, aqueous salt solutions, caustics, and industrial solvents, preventing pitting, scaling, and electrolytic degradation. Engineered around the compact Fast-Lock mechanical joint system, the fitting achieves an airtight and liquid-tight seal rated for operating pressures up to 35 psi, making it fully compatible with intermittent vacuum and pumped drainage cycles.
