The Georg Fischer Fuseal Fast-Lock double sanitary tee 91.2 degrees is an engineered flame-retardant polypropylene (PPFR) drainage fitting manufactured for demanding corrosive waste and chemical drainage systems (DWV). Featuring four socket connections (S x S x S x S) engineered with a 91.2-degree sweep to provide optimal hydraulic directional pitch, the fitting merges two opposing horizontal branch lines into a central vertical stack without disruptive flow turbulence. The Fast-Lock mechanical joint mechanism delivers swift, solvent-free installation using an 8 mm or 10 mm socket driver on a ratchet or cordless tool, entirely bypassing pipe grooving, cement applicators, and lengthy curing cycles. Once secured, the mechanical assembly is immediately prepared for service and pressure testing, rated to a maximum working pressure of 35 psi to reliably accommodate gravity flow as well as vacuum and intermittent pumped drainage conditions. The component exhibits modular design versatility, permitting Fast-Lock mechanical collars to be freely interchanged with Fuseal electrofusion locking collars whenever field transitions between joining techniques are required. Molded from chemically inert polypropylene, it provides exceptional chemical resistance against harsh acids, bases, alcohols, and chemical solvent mixtures encountered in life science facilities, hospitals, and chemical processing plants. The ultraviolet-resistant, heat-stabilized formulation withstands continuous operating fluid temperatures up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit (82 degrees Celsius) and intermittent fluid spikes up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius). Suitable for joining both flame-retardant and non-flame-retardant piping across nominal diameters from 1 1/2 to 4 inches, the compact geometry ensures trouble-free installation within confined building service risers and wall cavities.
