The Georg Fischer Fuseal Fast-Lock 91.2 degrees reducing sanitary tee is an engineered polypropylene fitting designed for non-pressure and intermittent low-pressure corrosive waste drainage systems in laboratory, pharmaceutical, and industrial environments. Featuring an integrated 91.2 degrees sweep angle, the fitting promotes optimal directional gravity flow and prevents backflow turbulence when transitioning smaller branch lines into larger main drainage stacks. Manufactured from flame-retardant polypropylene (PPFR), the fitting incorporates the Fast-Lock mechanical joint mechanism, which secures pipe connections quickly without solvents, special cements, or curing times using a standard 8 mm or 10 mm socket driver on its collar assembly. This compact mechanical configuration fits conveniently within tight wall cavities and service chases while ensuring full modular compatibility with Fuseal electrofusion collars for versatile hybrid piping layouts. Rated for an operating pressure of 35 psi, it accommodates intermittent pumped discharge and vacuum drainage demands across nominal reducing sizes between 2 inch and 4 inch. The robust polypropylene construction exhibits broad chemical resistance against harsh acids, alkalis, alcohols, solvents, and aqueous salt solutions, preventing rust, pitting, scaling, and electrolytic degradation. Engineered for elevated thermal demands, it reliably sustains continuous service temperatures up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit (82 degrees Celsius) and handles intermittent hot chemical discharges up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius), with ultraviolet stabilizers protecting above-ground installations.
