This ductile iron double flanged pipe spool (L=100 mm) is engineered for rigid spacing, valve mounting, and pipeline adaptation in potable water distribution, utility networks, and industrial pumping stations. Manufactured from high-grade EN-GJS-500-7 ductile iron in full compliance with EN 545, this flanged fitting provides high mechanical strength, structural rigidity, and resistance to operational hydraulic stresses under continuous PN16 working pressure.

Corrosion protection is provided by an internally and externally applied electrostatic powder epoxy coating with a minimum thickness of 250 µm (RAL 5015 sky blue). This coating holds WRAS and ACS sanitary conformity certifications, guaranteeing safe operation in drinking water systems and neutral liquid transport across an operating temperature range from 0 degrees to +80 degrees Celsius. The inert epoxy barrier effectively isolates the ductile iron substrate from aggressive soil conditions and corrosive fluid environments.

The pipe features integrated flat-face flanges drilled in accordance with standard EN 1092-2 (PN16 rating), allowing immediate bolt-up compatibility with flanged gate valves, butterfly valves, check valves, and dismantling joints. The standardized 100 mm face-to-face dimension serves as an ideal precision spacer in valve chambers and pump manifolds where exact alignment and compact installation geometries are required.
