The GF Piping Systems PP-V Backing Flange is a full-plastic, glass-fibre reinforced (30% GF) polypropylene flange adapter designed for integration with metric butt fusion PE piping systems. Conforming to ISO 7005, EN 1092, and DIN 2501 bolt circle dimensions, it is available in PN 10 and PN 16 pressure ratings, covering pipe diameters from d90 to d400 mm (DN 80–DN 400). The glass-fibre reinforcement ensures high dimensional stability and mechanical resistance under sustained hydraulic loads. Compatible with both socket and butt fusion systems, it provides a reliable, corrosion-free transition point for flanged connections. Bolt configurations range from 8×M16 to 16×M24, depending on diameter. Designed to complement GF PE100 piping systems in industrial process, water distribution, and utility applications.
