GF Piping Systems Backing Flange PP-V PN10 is a full-plastic flange manufactured from PP-GF (30% glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene), engineered for butt fusion PE piping systems. Bolt circle dimensions conform to ISO 7005, EN 1092, and DIN 2501 standards. Available in pipe diameters from d90 to d400 (DN80–DN400), with pressure ratings of PN16 for d90–d180 and PN10 for d250–d400. Compatible with both socket and butt fusion PE systems. The combined metric-ANSI version (d250, d280) provides cross-standard versatility. Bolt hole count ranges from 8 to 16, with M16–M24 fastener specifications. Designed for industrial PE pipeline integration where a reliable, corrosion-resistant flange connection to valves, pumps, or equipment is required.
