GF Piping Systems PP-V Metric Backing Flange (PN10) is engineered for integration with PE socket and butt fusion piping systems. Manufactured from PP-GF (30% glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene), this full-plastic flange delivers exceptional chemical resistance and structural integrity without metallic components. Connecting dimensions comply with ISO 7005, EN 1092, and DIN 2501 standards. Available in pipe diameters from d20 to d400 (DN15–DN400), rated up to PN16 for smaller sizes and PN10 for larger diameters. Bolt hole configurations range from 4×M12 to 16×M24 depending on diameter. Compatible with both metric socket and butt fusion PE systems, offering a corrosion-free, lightweight flanged connection solution for industrial and utility PE pipework.
