GF Piping Systems PE100/PE80 Profiled Backing Flange PN10 – designed for butt fusion metric PE piping systems. Constructed from glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene (PP) with a GGG 50 ductile iron insert, ensuring structural rigidity under load. Connecting dimensions conform to ISO 7005, EN 1092, and DIN 2501 standards. Available in pipe diameters d450 through d900 (DN 450–DN 900), with bolt patterns up to 28 holes (M24–M30 fasteners). The profiled side aligns precisely with the flange adaptor collar, while the flat side accommodates standard bolt and washer assemblies. Galvanized steel S235-JR variants available for underground installation. Compatible with GF ELGEF Plus and ecoFIT PE systems manufactured from virgin PE100/PE80 resins.
