GF Piping Systems Backing Flange PP-Steel Metric BC PN16 is engineered for butt fusion PE piping systems, combining glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene construction with a GG50 ductile iron insert for structural rigidity under pressure. Rated at PN16, the bolt circle conforms to ISO 7005, EN 1092, and DIN 2501 dimensional standards, ensuring full interchangeability with standard flange adaptors. Available in pipe diameters d200 through d400 (DN200–DN400), with 12 to 16 bolt holes and M20–M27 bolt sizes. The profiled side aligns precisely with the flange adaptor collar, while the flat side accommodates bolts and washers. Weight range: 3.380–20.600 kg depending on size.
