GF Piping Systems Profiled Backing Flange – Ductile Iron (GGG 40), designed for butt fusion PE piping systems. Manufactured from ductile iron with stoved epoxy coating (black, DIN 30677) for corrosion resistance. Connecting dimensions conform to ISO/DIN 2501 and EN 1092. Available in two bolt circle configurations: PN 10 and PN 16, covering pipe diameters d200–d630. The profiled side aligns precisely with the flange adaptor collar, ensuring consistent load distribution. Suitable for water and gas distribution networks using PE100/PE80 pipe systems.
