Manufactured from decarburised annealed whiteheart malleable cast iron type EN-GJMW-400-5 in accordance with EN 1562 and Design Symbol A of EN 10242 and ISO 49, the three-piece assembly comprises a 380 union bush, a 382 taper union end, and a heavy-duty 374 union nut. The fitting incorporates precision-machined metal-to-metal taper seating surfaces that deliver a dependable, pressure-tight seal without the need for elastomeric or flat sealing gaskets, ensuring exceptional long-term joint integrity and thermal resilience.
