The Georg Fischer SYGEF Standard Pressure Reducing Valve Type 582 is an engineered thermoplastic process valve designed to automatically reduce and stabilize downstream system pressure across chemical processing and high-purity fluid distribution networks. Operating via a direct-acting, balanced actuator mechanism with an internal PTFE diaphragm backed by resilient EPDM, the valve accurately maintains a preset outlet pressure between 0.5 and 9.0 bar (with a 0.3 to 3.0 bar range available on request) regardless of fluctuations in upstream pressure or flow demand.
