Thread sealing is achieved through precision metallic flank engagement in conjunction with appropriate thread jointing media, guaranteeing leak-tight service under demanding mechanical stresses, pressure variations, and thermal cycles. The component is protected by a high-grade hot-dip galvanised finish applied to rigorous metallurgical standards, yielding an exceptionally adherent iron-zinc alloy layer topped with pure zinc that fully conforms to DIN 50930-6 hygienic requirements for potable water networks while providing superior barrier protection against atmospheric and chemical corrosion. Capable of handling operating pressures up to 25 bar across temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Celsius up to 120 degrees Celsius, and up to 20 bar at elevated temperatures up to 300 degrees Celsius, it excels in diverse media conveying duties including potable water, cooling circuits, compressed air lines, combustible gases like natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, hydronic heating loops, and industrial fluid networks.
