The Blucast series TT all-flanged reduced cross is an engineered ductile iron fitting designed for high-integrity branch distribution and flow division in municipal water transmission, drinking water networks, and industrial utility piping systems. Manufactured in accordance with the EN 545 European standard, this four-way fitting features integrated EN 1092-2 flanged connections with a PN16 nominal pressure rating, enabling secure, rigid integration with standard flanged isolation valves, pumps, flow meters, and main pipelines.

Engineered from premium EN-GJS-500-7 grade ductile iron, the series TT reduced cross provides superior tensile strength, exceptional structural resilience against hydraulic surges, and reliable resistance to mechanical ground movement. To guarantee long-term corrosion protection and ensure complete chemical safety for potable water distribution, all internal and external surfaces are coated with a WRAS-approved electrostatically applied powder epoxy layer with a minimum thickness of 250 µm in sky blue (RAL 5015). This smooth, non-porous protective barrier prevents incrustation, preserves hydraulic flow efficiency, and prevents bacteriological colonization across the entire operational lifecycle.
