The GF 1600 butt fusion machine precisely joins PE and PP pipes and fittings (d1000-1600mm) for pressure piping systems on construction sites and in trenches. Its robust, distortion-free frame with 45° inclination ensures high accessibility and stable operation. The hydraulic unit provides precise pressure control (max. 200 bar) via joystick, featuring an accumulator for pressure equalization during the cooling phase. Key components include a powerful parallel planer with a safety microswitch and a high-performance, electronically controlled heating element with a durable non-stick PTFE coating (400V/47000W). A removable outer clamp allows for working in narrow spaces or with short-end fittings. The integrated control box manages all safety and functional components, with a total performance of 55000W.
