The Georg Fischer SYGEF Standard union PVDF FKM is an engineered three-piece detachable thermoplastic pipe joint designed for high-purity chemical distribution and deionized water systems operating at nominal pressures up to PN16. Manufactured from unpigmented, high-grade polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) with a density of approximately 1.78 g/cm3 , this union facilitates straightforward maintenance and component disassembly without requiring pipe cutting. The complete assembly comprises two butt fusion spigot ends, a precision threaded union nut, and a black FKM O-ring seated in an integrated groove to guarantee long-term leak-tight performance.
