PP-H Ball valve type 546 Pro FC

The Georg Fischer PROGEF Standard Type 546 Pro ball valve provides automated flow control engineered from β-PP-H with metric ISO fusion sockets. Actuation is driven by a pneumatic glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene (PP-GF) PPA actuator configured in fail-safe-to-close (FC) mode, featuring an integrated manual override, visual position indicator, and NAMUR interface per VDI/VDE 3845. The double-union valve body integrates a safety stem with a predetermined shear point, PTFE ball seats with elastomer backing rings for constant operating torque, and integrated stainless steel mounting inserts.
