This Georg Fischer (GF Piping Systems) PVC-U Non-Safeblock ball valve with parallel Rp female threaded sockets provides reliable shut-off and fluid isolation in demanding industrial piping networks. The compact manual valve is rated for an operating pressure of 16 Bar at 20 degrees Celsius and is available in thread sizes from 1/2" to 2", designed for handling aggressive and corrosive media in continuous process service.

The Non-Safeblock configuration is an economical flow control solution for installations where full union block features are not required, while maintaining joint integrity across chemical feed, water conditioning and utility processes. The body is manufactured from unplasticised polyvinyl chloride assessed to the ISO/TR 10358 chemical resistance data, giving high resistance to acids, alkalis, inorganic salts and saline solutions, with stable mechanical and thermal behaviour across an operating window of 0 to +60 degrees Celsius.

Precision-machined ball surfaces and high-grade elastomeric sealing elements keep operating torque low, ensure leak-tight closure and extend service intervals even when cycling viscous or chemically active fluids. The robust handle allows quarter-turn manual actuation and immediate visual verification of the open or closed position. Female Rp threads to ISO 7-1 and EN 10226-1 permit direct connection to threaded spools, chemical skids and equipment transitions, with no solvent cement curing time before the line is pressure tested.

Typical applications include commercial and private pools, industrial effluent neutralisation, municipal water purification, closed-loop cooling circuits, aquaculture systems and agricultural chemical injection.
