Georg Fischer PROGEF Standard Type 546 Pro pneumatic ball valves provide automated flow control in industrial piping systems. Actuated by a double-acting (DA) PPA pneumatic actuator housed in chemical-resistant PP-GF, the full-plastic design includes an integrated NAMUR interface according to VDI/VDE 3845, an optical position indicator, and an emergency manual override. The PP-H body is equipped with ISO fixed flanges, low-friction PTFE ball seats with elastomeric backing rings for consistent operating torque, and integrated stainless steel mounting inserts. The unit maintains full dimensional backward compatibility with first-generation Type 546 valves.
