The Georg Fischer ecoFIT Type 543 Pro ABS three-way ball valve is an industrial-grade flow-diverting solution engineered for high-integrity thermoplast piping networks. Designed with an ABS valve core and metric PE100 SDR11 spigot ends, this unit enables direct butt fusion or electrofusion integration into polyethylene distribution lines. Constructed with a horizontal L-port ball configuration, the 543 Pro enables dependable switching between pipe branches or selective distribution of media across two discharge paths. The ball mechanism is bedded in low-friction, pure PTFE seats, ensuring low operating torque, minimal seat wear, and leak-free isolation throughout extensive operational lifecycles. Dynamic sealing is maintained by robust EPDM elastomeric O-rings, providing exceptional chemical resilience against treated water, chilled brine, and non-oxidising industrial process fluids. The assembly is rated for an operational pressure of PN10 (10 bar) across the full metric range from d20 mm up to d63 mm, with kv-flow parameters spanning from 75 to 1230 l/min.

Operator control and site safety are enhanced through an ergonomic, lockable manual lever covering nominal sizes from DN15 to DN50. The lever incorporates an integrated adjustment tool designed specifically for union bushing calibration and servicing. While the ball stem supports full 360 degrees rotation, an included 90 degrees turn limiter precisely defines valve indexing, preventing accidental cross-flow or over-rotation in demanding distribution networks. Integrated stainless steel threaded inserts in the base of the valve body provide rigid, vibration-resistant mounting directly to structural brackets without inducing mechanical stress into the piping assembly. The 543 Pro platform is fully compatible with Georg Fischer Type 546 actuation modules, enabling smooth retrofitting with pneumatic or electric actuators.
