Constructed with an unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) core valve body connected to metric PE100 SDR11 spigots, this high-performance valve integrates seamlessly into pre-insulated polyolefin piping networks via standard electrofusion. Configured with a bare shaft drive interface conforming to DIN EN ISO 5211, the assembly enables direct automation with electric or pneumatic actuators without compromising system alignment. The internal sealing design utilizes wear-resistant pure PTFE ball seats paired with high-grade EPDM backing seals, ensuring bubble-tight shut-off and consistent operating torque across demanding operational cycles up to a nominal working pressure of 16 bar. Integrated threaded stainless steel inserts embedded within the valve body base provide robust, vibration-resistant mounting directly to supporting structures or brackets. Supplied with matched factory insulation half shells, the valve ensures complete thermal integrity and vapor-tight barrier performance without manual post-insulation, eliminating thermal bridges and preventing condensation over an operating medium temperature range from 0 degrees Celsius to +60 degrees Celsius.
