The Georg Fischer COOL-FIT 2.0 PE/brass adaptor fitting with loose union nut G provides an engineered transition between pre-insulated PE100 piping circuits and threaded metallic equipment in secondary cooling, chilled water, and industrial HVAC installations. Manufactured with a metric PE100 SDR11 spigot end and a robust CuZn40Pb2 brass female threaded loose union nut complying with cylindrical G thread geometry, this fitting enables stress-free detachment, alignment, and servicing of terminal units such as chillers, fan coils, heat exchangers, and distribution manifolds. Operating at a nominal pressure rating of 16 bar (PN16) across fluid temperatures from 0 degrees Celsius to +60 degrees Celsius, the assembly maintains system hydraulic performance while completely eliminating galvanic corrosion vulnerabilities and external condensation risks typical of chilled fluid transport.
