Engineered specifically for industrial refrigeration, data center cooling, food and beverage processing, and heavy-duty HVAC chilled-water loops, each fitting incorporates a metric PE100 SDR11 spigot end with an integrated female thread Rp manufactured from acid-resistant 1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless steel. The factory-assembled hybrid junction achieves uncompromising joint integrity and full PN16 operational pressure performance, sealed internally via a durable EPDM O-ring gasket designed to absorb operational stress and prevent fluid bypass under constant thermal expansion and contraction cycles.
