The Georg Fischer COOL-FIT 2.0/4.0 PE/iFIT adaptor fitting d32mm brass is an engineered transition component designed to bridge pre-insulated polyethylene distribution networks with flexible terminal loops in commercial and industrial chilled-water systems. Featuring a metric PE100 SDR11 spigot end and an integrated brass push system module, this fitting enables a secure connection between COOL-FIT 2.0 or COOL-FIT 4.0 mains and the compact COOL-FIT Push System or standard iFIT mechanical installations. Sized for an outer pipe diameter of d32mm (DN25) on the spigot side and an interface dimension of d25/32mm on the brass side, it operates reliably at a nominal system pressure of 16 bar (PN16). The PE100 spigot end has a free welding length W1 of 36 mm for electrofusion joining with standard couplers, ensuring an airtight, moisture-proof barrier that safeguards the thermal insulation of the secondary cooling loop. The opposing factory-assembled brass module joins to the piping network using a separate iFIT adaptor, facilitating rapid mechanical installation without open flames or hot works directly at fan coil units, chillers, and manifold connections. Engineered for conveying chilled water and water-glycol solutions in data centers, food processing plants, and HVAC air conditioning systems, this adaptor ensures long-term operational integrity and condensation control. With an overall length Lmax of 115 mm, a z-dimension of 87 mm, and a total weight of 0.219 kg, it offers a compact and lightweight solution for tight utility spaces and suspended ceilings.
