Operating across nominal dimensions from d20 mm up to d63 mm, this automated assembly combines an industrial-grade ABS body with a high-performance 24V AC/DC EA15 electric actuator. Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene provides high mechanical impact resistance, smooth internal surfaces to minimize head losses, and corrosion immunity across aggressive secondary refrigeration and water processing environments.

At the core of the automated drive, the EA15 actuator delivers calibrated 90 degrees quarter-turn rotation with integrated optical and electrical position feedback covering open and close states. Designed to handle demanding plant environments, the glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene housing incorporates an integrated internal heating element that prevents condensation during low-temperature refrigeration operations.
