Featuring an all-plastic, screwless exterior architecture, the compact valve body eliminates external metal fastener corrosion in aggressive atmospheric conditions while maintaining market-standard installation dimensions. Manufactured for pipe dimension d20 (DN15) with an SDR21 butt fusion spigot end connection featuring a wall thickness of 1.9 mm and an overall length of 124 mm, the unit integrates smoothly into thermoplastic piping assemblies using bead and crevice-free (BCF) or infrared (IR) fusion jointing. The pneumatic actuator utilizes an integrated threaded bonnet housing that enables straightforward servicing without specialized tools, providing exceptionally fast opening and closing cycle response times.
