The DIASTAR Six ABS diaphragm valve features a pneumatic Fail-Safe-to-Close (FC) actuator designed for automated industrial flow control. Rated for PN6 (6 bar) operation across dimensions d25/DN20 to d63/DN50, it incorporates union ends with metric solvent cement sockets for rapid inline maintenance. Engineered with an EPDM diaphragm, it delivers double the flow rate of previous generations. The construction utilizes a single housing nut instead of multiple screws, coupled with a G 1/8" pneumatic air connection rotatable at 90° intervals for flexible mounting in cooling and water treatment systems.
