The DIASTAR TenPlus ABS pneumatic diaphragm valve in Fail-Safe-to-Close (FC) configuration is engineered for automated flow control in industrial water and chemical piping systems. Designed with metric solvent cement union sockets (d20–d63 / DN15–DN50), it operates at PN10 bidirectional pressure. It delivers double the flow capacity of previous designs and features a single housing nut mechanism replacing traditional four-bolt patterns for simplified servicing. The pneumatic actuator incorporates a 90°-rotatable air connection (G 1/8" to G 1/4") and integrates with EPDM diaphragms for tight sealing.
