Manufactured from unpigmented polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), the valve features chemically inert PTFE ball seats combined with high-grade FKM elastomeric seals, ensuring exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals and thermal stability across an operational temperature range from -20 degrees Celsius to 140 degrees Celsius. Actuation is driven by the compact Georg Fischer EA15 electric actuator, configured for a versatile operating voltage supply of 100-230V at 50-60 Hz and rated to IP68 environmental protection for dependable performance in demanding industrial installations. The electric actuator provides a factory-preset 90 degrees operating stroke, an integrated heating element designed to suppress moisture condensation within the actuator casing, and internal limit switches providing clear electrical position feedback for open and closed states. For critical safety and servicing convenience, an integrated manual emergency override facilitates rapid manual repositioning during commissioning, power failures, or plant maintenance without requiring external tooling. Integrated stainless steel threaded inserts in the valve base allow direct, rigid mounting onto brackets and supports, effectively isolating pipeline dynamics from the thermoplastic body.
