The Georg Fischer Type 167 electrically actuated 3-way ball valve delivers precise flow diverting in industrial thermoplastic piping. Configured with a horizontal L-port, this valve directs fluids between branches at a nominal pressure of 10 bar (PN10). Available in metric sizes from d16 mm to d63 mm (DN10 to DN50) with solvent cement socket ends, the unit integrates smoothly into chemical process lines, industrial water treatment, and distribution manifolds. The electric actuator operates at 100-230 V AC (50-60 Hz). Factory set to a 90 degrees control range, the default configuration opens path A-C in the basic position and switches to path B-C when energized. The actuator includes an internal heating element to prevent condensation, alongside position feedback for Open, Close, and Middle states.

Constructed from high-grade PVC-U, the valve body and ball offer high chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, and saline solutions. True union ends with solvent cement sockets allow rapid radial removal and maintenance without cutting into the pipe line. Integrated stainless steel mounting inserts provide secure anchoring on brackets or skids, preventing operational torque from straining connected pipes.
