The Georg Fischer Multi/Clamp tapping saddle with Rp 3/4" female threaded outlet is an engineered solution designed for creating reliable lateral connections and executing precise pipeline repairs. Manufactured with a high-integrity stainless steel body in AISI 304 (A2 grade), this clamp provides exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical strength under demanding operational environments. It is rated for nominal operating pressures up to 16 bar, ensuring leak-free performance in pressurized utility networks, municipal supply lines, and industrial process piping.

Featuring automated robotic welding and comprehensive chemical passivation across all stainless steel components, the Multi/Clamp series eliminates intergranular corrosion risks. The integrated waffle-structure gasket provides reliable circumferential compression against the pipe surface. Standard sealing is configured with NBR compliant with EN 682, suitable for gas and water applications operating from -10 degrees to +70 degrees Celsius. EPDM sealing certified to EN 681-1 is also available for potable water systems operating between -10 degrees and +55 degrees Celsius.

This tapping saddle accommodates both aboveground installations and direct underground burial without requiring additional protective coatings. It delivers universal compatibility across multiple rigid and flexible pipe materials, including ductile iron, grey cast iron, carbon steel, and modern thermoplastic pipelines such as PEHD and PVC-U. Designed for fast and safe installation, it allows maintenance teams and pipeline contractors to perform under-pressure hot tapping or standard cold branching with minimal downtime.
