Single Repair Clamp Multi/Clamp L=150mm AISI 304

  Data Sheet |   Product Range

The Georg Fischer Multi/Clamp Single repair clamp with a length of 150 mm provides an engineered, permanent sealing solution for localized pipeline damage in water and gas distribution networks. Designed for both aboveground and underground installations, this single-band repair clamp enables quick, reliable intervention on pressurized or depressurized systems without requiring complete pipe segment replacement. Its robust design absorbs mechanical stresses and ensures immediate sealing integrity across a broad spectrum of utility and industrial piping applications.

Manufactured entirely from premium AISI 304 stainless steel, the clamp housing, bridge plate, and integrated lugs undergo automated robotic welding and complete chemical passivation. This specialized fabrication process eliminates contact corrosion risks and guarantees superior resistance against aggressive soils, groundwater, and industrial atmospheric exposure. The heavy-duty stainless steel bolts are treated to prevent galling during tightening, ensuring consistent torque transmission and uniform radial compression across the pipe circumference.

Sealing performance is driven by a full-circle NBR waffle gasket compliant with EN 682 standards, designed for operating temperatures ranging from -10 degrees to +70 degrees Celsius. The specialized waffle profile compensates for surface irregularities, ovality, and longitudinal pipe scoring while maintaining dependable tightness up to 16 Bar working pressure. The Multi/Clamp Single is fully compatible with diverse pipe materials, including ductile iron, grey cast iron, carbon steel, PEHD, PVC-U, and asbestos cement.
