The Georg Fischer PVC-U single union ball valve is an industrial fluid isolation component engineered for chemical and water transmission systems. Manufactured from unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) in standard grey RAL 7011, this manual valve combines a parallel female threaded socket Rp with a taper male thread R per EN 10226-1. The single union nut allows rapid mechanical disconnection and maintenance of downstream lines without dismounting adjacent pipework, minimizing process downtime.

Rated for a nominal pressure of PN16 (16 bar) at 20 degrees Celsius, this valve provides dependable shut-off in demanding industrial services. The internal assembly incorporates low-friction PTFE ball seats and chemical-grade EPDM seals, ensuring low operating torque and bubble-tight isolation.
