PROGEF PP-H 546 Pro FO

The Georg Fischer PROGEF Standard Type 546 Pro pneumatic ball valve is engineered for automated industrial fluid control with a fail-safe-to-open (FO) operation and manual override. Built from β-PP-H with fixed ISO flanges, it incorporates a corrosion-resistant PP-GF pneumatic actuator housing. The system features an integrated NAMUR interface (VDI/VDE 3845), visual position indicator, integrated stainless steel mounting inserts, and PTFE ball seats with EPDM or FKM backing seals. A safety stem with a predetermined breaking point prevents external leakage under pressure. Rated for PN10 operation across sizes d20–63 (DN15–DN50).
