The Georg Fischer PROGEF PP-H 546 Pro pneumatic ball valve is engineered for automated industrial process control in chemical and water treatment systems. Equipped with a glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene (PP-GF) pneumatic actuator, it operates in fail-safe-to-close (FC) mode at a 5.6 bar nominal control pressure. The actuator includes an integrated NAMUR interface according to VDI/VDE 3845 and a visual position indicator. Constructed from β-PP-H with PP-H ISO backing flanges, PTFE ball seats, and an engineered safety stem, it ensures high chemical resistance and zero external leakage. Stainless steel threaded inserts enable rigid mounting, while backwards z-dimension compatibility simplifies maintenance.
