The Georg Fischer PROGEF Standard DIASTAR Ten FO pneumatic diaphragm valve is engineered for demanding industrial media control across d20 to d63 (DN15–DN50) piping. Built from durable β-PP-H with metric SDR11 butt fusion spigot union ends, it features a fail-safe-to-open (FO) pneumatic actuator in glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene (PPGF). A central housing nut replaces traditional bolts, simplifying maintenance and eliminating exposed metal hardware. Offering double the flow capacity of previous models, rotating air connections at 90° intervals, an integrated optical position indicator, and PN10 pressure rating, it delivers precise, reliable shut-off and chemical resistance.
