Georg Fischer PROGEF Standard DIASTAR Ten FO pneumatic diaphragm valves provide fail-safe open flow control in industrial PP-H piping systems. Featuring metric socket fusion spigots for d20–d63 (DN15–DN50), the valve handles pressures up to 10 bar. The flow-optimized PP-H body doubles flow capacity compared to previous models and uses a central union nut to eliminate exposed screws. Actuation is driven by a glass-fibre reinforced (PP-GF) pneumatic actuator with an integrated optical position indicator and 90° rotatable air connections. Standard face-to-face dimensions comply with EN 558, compatible with EPDM or PTFE/EPDM seals.
