The Georg Fischer PROGEF Standard DIASTAR Ten FC pneumatic diaphragm valve (d20–d63) is engineered for precise fluid control in chemical and industrial piping systems. Manufactured with a high-grade PP-H body and SDR11 metric spigots for butt and infrared (IR) fusion, it features a glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene (PPGF) actuator operating in Fail-Safe-to-Close (FC) mode via a preloaded steel spring. The flow-optimised design incorporates a central union nut to eliminate exposed metal fasteners, a 90° rotatable pneumatic connection, an integrated optical position indicator, and compatibility with EPDM or PTFE/EPDM diaphragms in accordance with EN ISO 16138.
