The Georg Fischer PROGEF Standard DIASTAR Six FC pneumatic diaphragm valve is engineered for high-reliability flow control in industrial chemical processing and water treatment systems. Manufactured with a durable β-PP-H body and a glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene (PPGF) actuator housing, it operates in Fail-Safe-to-Close (FC) mode rated for up to 6 bar. The actuator integrates a preloaded galvanised steel spring assembly and an optical position indicator. A central union nut design eliminates exposed external screws to simplify servicing, while 90° rotating air connections and metric socket fusion union ends enable seamless, compact installation.
