Georg Fischer PROGEF Standard DIASTAR Six FC diaphragm valves provide automated flow control in aggressive industrial piping systems. Manufactured with an isotactic β-PP-H body and SDR11 butt fusion spigots, the valve is actuated by a glass-fibre reinforced (PPGF) pneumatic unit with a preloaded spring for fail-safe-to-close operation. A central union nut replaces standard body bolts to eliminate external metal exposure, while a 90° indexable air connection simplifies pneumatic routing. Rated for PN6 service, the valve features an integrated optical position indicator, double flow efficiency, and robust EPDM diaphragm sealing.
