The MSA 160 automatic electrofusion unit is engineered for reliable jointing of PE and PP fittings up to d160mm (d180mm for GF ELGEF+) in gas/water distribution and building technology. Its lightweight, compact, and robust IP54-rated design ensures performance in demanding conditions, operating between -10°C and +45°C. The welding process is continuously monitored, with automatic energy output compensation for consistent fusion quality. Features include barcode or manual data input, 500 protocol storage with USB export in PDF/CSV for ISO 12176-4 traceability, and a graphical LCD. Supplied with 4.0mm angle adapters and a protective transport case.
