The Georg Fischer ELGEF Plus PE100 equal 90-degree electrofusion tee is engineered for high-performance branching in pressurized polyethylene piping systems. Rated for PN16 (16 bar) in water distribution and PN10 (10 bar) in combustible gas networks, this fitting provides a fully homogeneous, leak-free joint with an estimated service lifetime of 100 years. Manufactured from 100% virgin compounded PE100 resin in RAL 9005 black, it exhibits superior resistance to chemical corrosion, biological growth, ground movement, and environmental stress cracking in underground utility networks and industrial process lines.

Designed for installer safety and process control, the ELGEF Plus tee features standard 4 mm connector pins and integrated limited-path fusion indicators that provide visual confirmation of completed fusion cycles. In dimensions from d20 to d63, the fitting incorporates an integral pipe fixation mechanism, maintaining axial alignment and secure clamping without requiring supplementary external restraint tools. For large-diameter installations (d200 to d250), the component utilizes dual separate fusion zones to guarantee precise heat distribution and optimal melt pressure across heavy-wall SDR11 pipe sections.
