The Blucast stainless steel repair clamp L=150 mm PN16 is a full-circumference clamp for sealing leaks, cracks, pinholes and localised corrosion damage on pressurised pipelines. The AISI 304 band wraps the complete pipe circumference while a profiled EPDM waffle gasket forms the seal, giving a repair rated at 16 bar nominal pressure across a working temperature range of 0 to +80 degrees. It is used on ductile iron, steel, PE and PVC lines in potable water distribution, wastewater infrastructure and industrial or agricultural process networks.

Bridge plates, side bars and clamping bolts are AISI 304 stainless steel throughout, so the assembly resists soil and atmospheric corrosion and serves as a permanent repair rather than a temporary patch. The nuts carry a nylon anti-galling coating that prevents thread seizure during high-torque tightening and allows an even bolt tension to be reached in wet trench conditions.

The vulcanised EPDM waffle profile conforms to surface irregularities and distributes contact pressure evenly around the pipe, sealing without deforming thin-walled or flexible plastic pipe. The 150 mm band length covers longitudinal splits, radial fissures and mechanical gouges in a single intervention, and fitting requires no cutting of the line, which keeps shutdown time and crew hours to a minimum. Supplied for pipe outside diameters of 55 mm and 60 mm.
