GF Piping Systems ecoFIT Union PE100 – SDR11 | d20–110mm | PN10–16 | FKM O-ring. Designed for industrial PE100 piping systems, this union fitting supports conventional butt-welding (DVS 2207) and IR Plus® infrared welding, ensuring full process compatibility. The union nut is manufactured from glass fiber-reinforced PP, providing high mechanical strength and chemical resistance. The FKM O-ring seal delivers superior resistance to aggressive media, hydrocarbons, and elevated temperatures. Available in nine metric sizes (d20–d110), with EPDM variant also available. Outer diameters range from 48.0 mm (d20) to 160.7 mm (d110); assembly lengths Lmax from 107 mm to 139 mm. Wall thickness s1: 1.9–10.0 mm. Supplied as a fully assembled component including O-ring. FM approved across full size range.
