The Georg Fischer ecoFIT PE100 SDR11 PN16 union fitting with FKM O-ring is engineered for high-integrity demountable connections in industrial thermoplastic piping systems. Manufactured from premium polyethylene PE100 grade resin, this union is rated for nominal operating pressures up to 16 bar (PN16) at reference operating temperatures. Supplied as a complete factory-assembled unit, it comprises spigot fusion ends, a precision-machined union bushing, a premium FKM fluoroelastomer O-ring gasket, and a heavy-duty threaded union nut made from glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene (PP-GF). The composite nut provides exceptional mechanical rigidity, thread endurance, and chemical resistance during assembly and routine plant maintenance.
