The Georg Fischer DIASTAR Ten pneumatic diaphragm valve is engineered from PVC-C for high chemical resistance in industrial piping systems. Featuring a fail-safe-to-close (FC) actuation mode, the unit includes a 90° rotatable air connection and an EN 558 face-to-face length. Its flow-optimized internal geometry delivers double the flow rate of previous generations, while a central housing nut replaces four assembly screws to streamline servicing. Configurable with EPDM or PTFE/EPDM diaphragms and FKM O-rings, it integrates metric solvent cement spigots for dependable pipe jointing.
